The Security and Intelligence Agency guarantees complete anonymity for citizens who report such information.

If SOA determines that the information provided by citizens is of interest to national security, in order to verify the authenticity of the information, citizens will be contacted by SOA employees (if they leave their identification details, phone number, or email address).

It is emphasized that any misuse, i.e., the reporting of false information, is subject to sanctions prescribed by the positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
